Instructions to Remove Access Point from Controller account
To remove an Access Point from the Controller account we are managing, do the following:
Step 1: Right-click on the Access Point to be removed
Step 2: the system will confirm with you that. Are you sure you want to Remove this Access Point?
Note: you must carefully read the message including the MAC address and device name that the system will prepare to Remove to make sure you do not remove the wrong device.
Select “Yes” to Remove
Select “No” if you do not want to Remove
If you choose “No”, the system will continue to ask if you want to move this Access Point to another Location?
Select “No” if you don’t want “Move Location”.
